We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Volunteer Manager to lead our team of dedicated volunteers at South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) in Eastlakes, Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in promoting, recruiting, training, and supporting our volunteers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and make a meaningful impact in our community.
About the role
Note: the role is part-time – 3 days a week, with contract ending 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension pending future funding
- Coordinate volunteer promotion, recruitment, placement, training, and ongoing support
- Develop and implement an annual Volunteer Strategy aligned with our strategic plan
- Build and expand corporate volunteering partnerships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service specifications

Salary
SCHADS Award Level 5.1 ($58,426.26) – Level 5.3 ($61,070.25) depending on experience
