Are you a carer?

Do you need a regular break to run your errands, or simply enjoy some rest?

Then our Flexible Respite Care Service is for you.

South Eastern Community Connect can provide both you and the person you care for with a refreshing break.

There are two steps you need to take before using our services:

1. Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422

2. Request the referral code for the service(s) you need.

We offer support for older people and those with a dementia diagnosis.

Take advantage of up to four hours a week of respite care at a subsidised fee of $31.
