We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Community Transport Manager to lead our team in Eastlakes, Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of our Community Transport Services, ensuring residents in South East Sydney have access to safe and reliable transportation.
About the role
  • Lead the development and delivery of Community Transport Services
  • Manage a team of direct reports and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and funding agreements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Service uptake and client growth
  • Client feedback and satisfaction
  • Database maintenance and record-keeping
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

 

What SECC is looking for
  • Experience in transport management and coordination, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of community development and capacity building
  • Passion for making a difference in the community
  • Familiarity with Routematch software (or similar transport management systems) is highly desirable
